小感悟

心灵可能会欺骗我们自己

语言和文字也可能欺骗我们自己

甚至思维意识也可能欺骗我们自己

但是身体不会

身体选择小我只会带来疲倦匮乏感以及无助感

身体选择圣灵就好带来饱满富足精神状态

睡觉了之后怎么办?

睡觉之后潜意识任然有选择

身体与心灵本身就是一体的

您的心灵如何选择

身体就会带给您怎样的体验

所以《奇迹课程》说

凡真实的不受威胁

凡不真实的根本不存在

说主的平安就在其中

小感悟

明白上面道理之后我们别无选择

我们只要选择心灵平安，没有没有退路我们没有选择余地

因为我们每一个起心动念都在选择，要么小我要么圣灵

改变不可能“脚踏两只船”

就如果《哈姆雷特》所说

是生存还是毁灭这是一个问题！?

其实《奇迹课程》告诉我们，我们还可以选择宽恕

唉，这就麻烦了，即使摆脱了这尘世可在这死的睡眠里又会做些什么梦呢？真得想一想，就这点顾虑使人受着终身的折磨，

谁甘心忍受那鞭打和嘲弄，受人压迫，受尽侮蔑和轻视，忍受那失恋的痛苦，法庭的拖延，衙门的横征暴敛，默默无闻的劳碌却只换来多少凌辱。但他自己只要用把尖刀就能解脱了。

谁也不甘心，呻吟、流汗拖着这残生，可是对死后又感觉到恐惧，又从来没有任何人从死亡的国土里回来，因此动摇了，宁愿忍受着目前的苦难而不愿投奔向另一种苦难。

顾虑就使我们都变成了懦夫，使得那果断的本色蒙上了一层思虑的惨白的容颜，本来可以做出伟大的事业，由于思虑就化为乌有了，丧失了行动的能力。

And enterprises of great pith and moment

With this regard their currents turn awry

And lose the name of action.
